Our 2020 Fall Lessons

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to conduct our piano lessons at elementary schools right now.

We will inform everyone once we hear more from our government, school boards and permit departments regarding our eagerly awaited return back to piano lessons held at schools in the York Region area.

Right now, all lessons are being conducted in person at our Unionville home and online.

A breakdown of both lesson formats with more information can be found below.

Please register if you are a new student, or login to access your new family piano account where you can view and select the lesson format and schedule that best meet your family's needs.

The health and safety of your children is our number one priority. For any further questions or concerns, please ask or let us know .

In Person

  • Lessons will be held at our home in Unionville.

  • Families are scheduled to arrive at our home 10 minutes apart (family members will arrive together and leave together).

  • There will be no more than 8 students inside our home at one time.

  • Masks are required by both teachers and students.

  • Piano keys, piano benches, tables and chairs will be disinfected between students.

  • Hands are to be sanitized/washed upon entering and leaving.

  • Students must bring their own writing materials (pencils, erasers, colours) as well as their music writing book each week.

  • Lesson notes will be emailed to parents after their child's lesson.

  • Paid lesson time is 1 hour with an extra 15 minutes provided by us every week.

  • Socks are mandatory and are required to be worn at all times. Socks can no longer be provided for sanitary reasons.


  • Lessons will be held through Zoom .

  • All you need is a Zoom account (its free) and a device (laptop, tablet, etc) set up to see the piano keys.

  • Lesson time is 20 minutes. Please look for a link from us about 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson time.

  • New music book and materials can be sent to your home or can be picked up from our home.

  • Lesson notes will be emailed to you after your child's lesson.

  • We ask that a few music writing pages be completed every week and emailed in for us to mark and reply back.
